Can I collect my order?
No. Unfortunately we do not offer a collection service at this time.
What warranty or purchase protection do you offer?
Willen trading guarantees a no quibble, 7 day money back guarantee, which means you can return the product to us, no questions asked.
In the unfortunate case that your product becomes faulty, you can return the item back to us within 28 days of the purchase date and collect a full refund. If your item becomes faulty outside of this stated window, our 6 month warranty will cover the replacement of the same item or similar offering (Subject to availability).
Is the product new?
No. The products we sell are “Factory Graded” & “Nearly New” which means that they are sold in perfect working order complete with all packaging and accessories. Who do I contact if I have a problem and how long will it take to receive a response?
Our experienced customer service team can be contacted via the form on the contact us page, where upon receipt, they will respond within 2 working days.
PLEASE NOTE: Our business operates Monday to Friday, 9 to 5.30pm excluding bank holidays. No emails or correspondences will be answered during Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday periods.
If you send correspondents during weekend periods and bank holidays, please allow the appropriate response time.
Does the product come complete with all accessories?
All products sold through this channel are sold complete with accessories. For example, all TV’s will come complete with remote control, power lead & instruction manual. Please note that Digital Cameras do not come with cases and Memory cards.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to deliver all products within 3 working days of the order being placed. Please note that all items purchased online after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm (excluding Bank Holidays).No orders are dispatched on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday periods.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Unfortunately we do not offer an international dispatch service at this time. We deliver to registered addresses in the UK and Northern Ireland but do not deliver to the Channel Islands and to the Republic of Ireland.
Can I pay using PayPal?
Yes. We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards for purchases on the Willen Trading website.
Do you have a telephone number?

What does factory graded mean and what level of quality can I expect?
“Factory Graded” & “Nearly New” doesn't necessarily mean that you are getting any lesser quality in your purchase. It simply means that the products available to purchase have been either returned to the manufacturer or retailer for reasons ranging from:
· Minor faults that have been repaired to "new" (Manufacturer Standard Repair) to the simple fact that the item purchased was unsuitable.
· Or the product is an ex display or example model no longer suitable for sale as new. Items that have been out on display may have very light cosmetic scratching, but no more than this.
