Return of goods in warranty 

All products sold across this sales channel are subject to a 6 month warranty. Products that develop any faults within this period are subject to a replacement or equivalent offering (Subject to stock availability).  To qualify under the terms of the warranty, all faulty items must be received within 6 months of the original purchase date together with proof of purchase. Any item received after this period is void of warranty.

Please note that the 6 month warranty covers products for manufacturing defects and does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse and general wear and tear. Consumables such as Ink cartridges, batteries & tapes etc, are not covered by the warranty. 

If a product develops a fault within the warranty period then Willen Trading must be notified before any products can be returned.

To return your faulty item for a replacement, please follow the returns process highlighted in the refunds & exchanges section. 

This warranty policy does not affect your statutory rights.
